Liv Duesund is Professor, PhD at Department of Special Needs Education (DSNE), University of Oslo and Project scientist, PhD at Sociology Department University of California, Berkeley USA.

Her research focuses on the themes of behavior- related learning difficulties, comparative and international studies on education, the phenomenology of the body and knowledge, eating disorders and skill acquisition.
